Was tickled to death to have Curt Mathies as my guest this week. We talked about his dubious radio past at both WKQQ and as PD of WUKY, his time as a Music Director for XM Satellite Radio  about life in the High Desert of Southern California, where he lives.

We also had that rarest of things — a real actual "phoner" — with Minneapolitan author Scott Muskin who was coming to town to read from his novel The Annunciations of Hank Meyerson: Mama's Boy and Scholar.

All in all, a great show! One of my favorites in recent memory. I was reminded this week of how much I love radio and how much fun it is.
